Consultation and Walk-Through
A walk-through your home with a certified home stager includes digital photographs and detailed staging plan. We use this time to discuss your goals, needs and desires for the transformation as well as photograph each room. It is important to get all the facts of the home so we can create the best plan for your budget. We will review your home's needs and recommend one of our service options. * $150 of this fee may be applied to any package purchased.
Full In-Home Consultation and Staging of One Room
In addition to the walk-through, you will receive a demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming one room of your home (stager’s choice) and the photos to use in your marketing efforts. You will receive a written proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to gain a fast sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.Partial Vignettes Staging
This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2,000 square feet. Up to 4 hours partial home staging which includes recommendation of de-cluttering of rooms, action plan report, staging of your homes most common areas with existing (and rented if necessary) accessories and selective furniture. This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look.New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Action Plan)
This service
is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR
have an Open House in order to make a great first impression! We will
spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house. We
will also be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given
to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end

“Do-it-yourself”
A service for those of you that have the time and energy but a limited budget to stage your home yourself. We have a detailed 30-page DIY Report that gives you everything you need to know about staging your home for sale. The DIY Report provides you with professional staging tip and tricks, along with visual examples to help you successfully stage your home. A ProStagedHomes consultant will perform a walk thru of your home and personalize your DIY Report to your homes needs. Your purchase of this plan includes our consultant coming back after you’ve completed the work and will provide you with any additional recommendations (if they’re even needed). We also include photos of the staged areas for you to use in your marketing efforts.Redesign Service
ProStagedHomes also provides redesign services. If there is a room in your home that needs updating and/or a new look, we can help to redesign that space in your home. Redesign is different from interior decorating. With redesign, we use your furnishings and accessories, as well as incorporate new accessories, to create a new space you will love. Redesign is a great option if you are just moving into a new home, combining households or going through that empty-nest syndrome. We can help you create warm, comfortable and functional spaces for your new home. We can assist with paint colors, furniture placement and accessorizing, as well as assist you with purchasing new furniture and accessories.Work By The Hour
